Being Wealthy Is So Much More Than Just Being Rich

The Wall Street Journal recently ran an article that asked, “Do You Know the Difference Between Being Rich and Being Wealthy?” The piece focuses on a new book by Morgan Housel called The Psychology of Money.

This article brought me back to years ago when I read The Millionaire Next Door by Thomas Stanley and William Danko. This book basically validated my dad’s approach to money and gave both me and my sister our road map toward our own financial futures. Now as a financial adviser for more than 35 years as well as the father and father-in-law to three adult children, it has been my life’s mission to spread the gospel.
