“Sir – David Cameronâ??s summer reading list for Conservative MPs (report, August 4) omits the most important book of all: ‘The Bumper Book of Government Waste’ by Matthew Elliott and Lee Rotherham of the TaxPayers’ Alliance. It reveals numerous examples of government waste totalling £82 billion and should be compulsory summer reading for all MPs. Kevin Jackson, Poole, Dorset.”
