Book review: The Deals of Warren Buffett Vol. 2

The structure of each chapter follows the one used in the first volume. The author starts with key figures, provides background and analysis, and summarizes the learning points.

What strikes me most is the importance Buffett puts in the people he invests with. The strong sense of partnership with people like Mrs. B and Tony Nicely transpires throughout the book. This unique approach can also be seen in a 2006 video with the Wertheimer family from Iscar.

I believe a lot can be learned from analyzing Warren Buffett’s deals and this book is a useful contribution.
